今回は、英語面接で What are your strengths?
My strengths are communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Strength → Evidence → Relevance
|---|---|---|
| Strength | What are you particularly good at?
| Evidence | How have you demonstrated that strength? |
| Relevance | How will that strength help you in this role? |
One of my strengths is stakeholder communication.
In my current role, I regularly coordinate teams with different priorities and make sure everyone stays aligned.
I believe that strength would help me work effectively across functions in this role.
Strength → Evidence → Relevance

I’m a strong communicator.
I believe that strength would help me…
I’m hardworking, responsible, flexible, organized, positive, and a good communicator.
One of my strengths is staying organized when priorities change.
My greatest strength is leadership.
My strength is leadership. I’ve led cross-functional teams and helped keep people aligned during complex projects.
My greatest strength is that I’m very outgoing and love social events.
| What are your strengths?
| What is your greatest strength? |
| Why should we hire you?
| What can you contribute? |
| How would your colleagues describe you?
What are your strengths?
と
What can you contribute?
What are your strengths?
What can you contribute?
そのため、What are your strengths?

My strength is communication.
I’m good at explaining complex information clearly to different audiences.
My strength is teamwork.
I’m good at bringing people with different priorities together and keeping everyone aligned.
Strength → Evidence → Relevance
What are your strengths?
Strength → Evidence → Relevance
「What am I good at?」だけでなく、「How do I know, and why does it matter for this role?」
