“Grab a bite” means to go get something to eat.

“Grab a bite”の意味は、ちょっと簡単に食べられるものを食べること。

“仕事のあと何か用あるの？もしなかったら、軽く何か食べてかない？”

“He’s just gone out to grab a bite, he will be back in 20 minutes.”
