今日のイディオム は“crack of dawn”でーす！

“Crack of dawn” means the moment when sunlight is first seen in the morning sky.

“Crack of dawn” の意味は、夜が明ける状況。

Examples of “crack of dawn”:　例

“I started a new job recently, it’s quite far from home and I have to wake up at the crack of dawn to make the morning commute!”

“最近仕事変えたんだけどさ, オフィスまで結構遠いんだよねー。

夜明けとともに起きないと会社まで間に合わないんだー！”

A:  You look so tired this morning. Are you okay?

A:　朝から疲れてるみたいだけど、大丈夫？

B: I’m fine, I was woken up at the crack of dawn by the neighbor’s dog barking.

B:　大丈夫だよ。近所の犬に朝一で起こされちゃってさー。
