“be under the weather”means to not to be feeling well or be sick.

“be under the weather” の意味は、気分が良くない時や風邪などの諸症状が出ているとき。

ー Conversation between a co-worker and another co-worker got sick who was supposed to do the presentation for their science competition ー

ー 同僚同士の会話　（片一方の同僚がプレゼンの予定だったが朝から体調が悪い状況） ー

A: Feeling ready for the presentation today?

A: 今日のプレゼンテーション、ビシッと決めようぜ。準備できてるよなー？

B: Actually, I was meaning to talk to you about that…I’ve been feeling really sick all day…

B: それがさー、お前に言おうとおもったんだけど… 体調良くなくてさー…

A: Yeah, I was thinking you look under the weather today. Do you want me to do the talking for you?

A: やっぱねー、お前朝から調子わるそーに見えてたよー。お前に代わって俺が話そうか?

B: Could you? That would be great, thank you!

B: いいのー? ありがとー、助かるー!
