Definition: (adjective) (a person) unable to think or understand clearly.

定義：（形容詞）（人の様子を表現）困惑する・戸惑う・良く理解できない様子

For example: 　例えば：

I don’t understand what this means, I am so confused! 

えー、どういう意味かな、良くわからないなー！

She looked really confused during the presentation.

プレゼンの最中、彼女はかなり戸惑っていた。

A: I spoke to him in English and he looked very confused!

A:　英語で話しかけてみたんだけど、なんか彼は困惑してたんだよ！

B: Ah, that’s because he only speaks Japanese although he looks like American with blue eyes!

B:　あーん、彼は青い眼をしたアメリカ人みたいに見えるけど、実際は日本語しか話せないからだよ！
