“Out of order” means not functioning properly.

“Out of order” の意味は、通常通り機能しないこと。故障中。

A: Do you know if there’s a bathroom on this floor? I really need to pee!

A: この階にトイレあると思う?　トイレ（おしっこ）行きたーい!

B: I don’t think there is, but we can go to the one upstairs.

B: いや、この階には無いんじゃない。上の階いこ―.

A: No, I already tried that one, it’s out of order!

A: えー、さっき行ったけど、故障中だった!

B: Oh no! Let’s go to the restaurant across the road then.

B: やばー! じゃ、向かいのレストランで借りようー.
